It's been a busy summer at my house with lots of softball and baseball games, but this weekend was the last tournament. It is bitter sweet because we have made great friends and love watching the kids play, but it will be nice to have some time off! With my extra time I got to get into my scrapbooking room and created a layout of my son having fun in the waves.
I used the cricut cartridge traveler to cut the big wave, title and sun. The blue border was the negative cut from a previous layout using the artbooking cartridge. I used dies from my creative time to make the waves, clouds, flip-flops, seashells, beach ball and surf board. I used flower soft to make the sand at the bottom of the page and distressing stickles to make the sand effect in the title.
