The Theme this month at Lasting Memories is Scrappy Olympics and this week's challenge is Olympic Rings - use at least five rings or circles. My son and his GF love to play with my grandson, and this summer water balloons has been a favorite pastime. I thought the circle die cuts worked great with this theme and photos.
