Today I am the Guest Designer on the Scrapping4Fun Challenge Blog. The new challenge is to use tags on your creation. I used the tags to create a border at the top and the bottom of the layout. I thought this worked nicely with the photos of my daughter's birthday. I hope you join in on this fun challenge!
