Here are some more pictures from our trip to the beach this summer.  I was excited to use the scraps that were laying on my table, but have to admit it took me awhile to get the squares lined up. Feeling Lucky

My final layout using last year's St. Patrick's Day Photos. Which is good because I took new pictures last week! My son is always trying to trap the leprechaun, but instead the leprechaun plays tricks on him. Last year the leprechaun covered his room in shamrocks and turned his light bulb green.
Everything is cut out using my cricut. The wood embellishments are from Elle's Studio.

2 for one

We had our first snow day today and I am spending it in my craft room! I had these pictures of Emert from last St. Patrick's Day and thought I better get them onto a layout. I inked the photo mats with PowderPuff Chalking Inks by Quick Quotes. The background was made using the cricut cartridge: Holidays through the year and the pot of gold was cut using the cricut cartridge:St Patricks Day. After I cut out the background I noticed the negative looked like something from Minecraft-which gave me the idea to use the negative part to make this second layout. The birthday wishes is cut from the cricut cartridge: Decorate Celebrate!

Boys Best Friend

This was a great photo of my son and my brother in-laws dog. It was taken while we were on vacation this summer in Canada. This is a layout that is so out of my comfort zone-but I saw the sketch and thought why not try something new. Everything is from Elle's studio including the sketch. The title is cut using the Cricut cartridge, Nate's ABC, and I flocked the puppy in dark brown to look like Sam.
