Catch of the Day

I love these photos of my son fishing when we were in Canada. I am entering this in the Sketch-N-Scrap challenge using the following sketch.
 

Sunrise Sunset

 I can't believe July is almost over and it is my last week as GD for Lasting Memories. The challenge this week is to create a layout featuring either hot and cold, summer and winter, or night and day. I went with the day and night theme and used pictures from our 2019 Canada trip. I hope you join in the opposite themes challenges this month at Lasting Memories.

Remember this moment

 The 3rd challenge on the Lasting Memories Blog is stripes and spots. I used Doddlebug's My Happy Place paper for my layout. I used the striped paper at the top for the background and folded the dotted paper-revealing the flowered B-side. The embellishments were from my stash. Hope you join us and try out these great challenges!

Christmas Love

 Every once in a while I get a group shot with all of my family in it, and this Christmas I was lucky enough to get a photo while we were opening presents at my parents house. Everything is from Simple Stories-except the black ribbon and the stamps were from my stash.

 This week the theme on the Lasting Memories Blog is old and new. For something old I used my creative memories cutting system (that I bought in 2008)-to cut and mat my photos. For the something new I included pictures of the newest member of our family-my grandson. Hope you play along with the opposite challenges this month!

Mr. Fix it

 I love a multi-photo sketch and this one from Sketches in Thyme was perfect for the photos of my grandson learning how to use a hammer. The sketch is below and I hope you join in the fun!

Wave Pool

 On vacation the little guy loved jumping the waves in the wave pool! I think my kids liked it too!
