Precious Josie

Emma at My Creative Time is having another Monday Madness Imagine that contest. This week we are to use the colors black and pink. Those colors were perfect for a page about my adorable new niece-Josie! I used my baby boutique cartridge and printed the page with the border and cut out the center that contained the calendar. I decorated with different images from the cartridge and connected the word precious and the letters to spell Josie with links from a broken bracelet I had. I also used the all around birthday stamp from MCT and made the clock show the time of her birth, and put that in the center of a flower. This is the busiest pattern paper I have ever used and really struggled with trying to balance the patterned frame so it didn't make your eyes crazy when you looked at it, but I am happy with how it turned out. Thanks for stopping by!

Birthday Girl

Emma at MCT has started a Monday Madness Imagine Challenge and I think it is wonderful because I do not use my imagine that often. In this first challenge we are to use the colors red, pink and teal. I found this LO on the best friend cartridge, all I did was print it out. I then printed some additional circles and a flower to cover up areas I wanted to change. The you take the cake is from the imagine more cartridge, and luckily the colors matched. I used the teeny tags and all around birthday stamps from MCT. I added stickles to the butterflys and used some gel pens for white and red stitching. Hard to believe in a little over a month Cassandra will be having another birthday and will be an official teenager-hope I survive!

Oh Christmas Tree

I saw the image challenge on the Imaginisce Blog and loved the green color, I dug through all my Imaginsce paper and found these great pages with the light green shade and made this layout. I used the peachy keen tree die and stamp to make the Christmas tree, then used my I-Rock to decorate it. Then I used from My Creative Time the dies from Teeny tag greetings and scallop and stitched circle, as well as stamps from you had me at chocolate and all around Christmas. Emma is having a great contest on her blog that is to create a project that is cricutless-too much fun!
