The journey begins

Another wedding LO! The cool thing about this one is I used left over material from the centerpieces to make the ribbon, I thought it was a neat touch. I used the following sketch if you would like to play along

S'more Fun!

 For Emert's Preschool party on Monday we made these cute treat bags. Each bag has a Hersey bar, graham crackers, and a ghost marshmallow peep. I can not take credit for this idea, I found it on the pink cricut website,here is the link for the directions:http://www.pinkcricut.com/2011/09/smore-monster-hugs/. The box top is cut from the cricut cartridge baby steps, the ghost is cut from simple charmed and the faces are peachy keens pumpkin faces, the paper and ribbon stickers are from Reminisce, and s'more fun is a combination of 2 stamps from pink cricut. Emert helped by putting all the candy bars in the bags, and stamping the faces, and gluing everything together. Of course after all that help he had to sample one of the s'mores. They were so good I had to hide the rest!

The perfect dress

This blushing bride is my beautiful sister Joy. I made this LO for the DCWV challenge. I used the wedding matstack for the rectangles and squares, and the paper is from the formal affair stack. The title is a Jolees. For this challenge I had to follow the following sketch

First Dance

Another wedding page and cricut challenge. The Challenge: Create a project of your choice using a monochromatic color scheme. Your project must include at least 2 different Cricut Image Cuts. The title is from formal occasions cartridge and the hearts are from Hannah Montana.

Mr & Mrs

I am making my sister Joy a wedding album so the next few posts will be wedding themed. I made this LO for the cricut circle challenge which was: Use your Cricut machines to create a project using the following “recipe.” It must contain 1) A Title; 2) Atleast 2 Cricut Cuts, and 3) Atleast 3 buttons. 

I cut the tag from tie the knot and the title from sweetheart. The stamp is pink by design and says"The best part of my day is when you & me become we"
